The development of young athletes must not rely solely on the enthusiasm of individuals or their families. They need systematic and long-term support in the form of high-quality training programs, access to top-level equipment, and the creation of a motivating environment that fosters growth and development.<\/p>

NEXT Touch\u00e9 is committed to supporting young fencers in the Czech Republic. We emphasize modern training methods, an individual approach to each athlete\u2019s development, and building a strong community around the sport. For high-quality training, it is essential to provide modern, suitable sports facilities that meet the standards of the 21st century. A pleasant environment, sufficient space, and proper support facilities are crucial. We believe that the main approach of municipalities does not focus on performance sports. The peak of the infrastructure being built is a few exercise machines in a public park.<\/p>

Complaints about the physical condition of youth cannot be solved by such an approach. Only if children are guided toward regular and active sports will they retain habits that carry into adulthood, even in recreational sports.<\/p>

It is naturally beyond our capabilities to reach the entire base of children in primary schools (as is the case, for example, in Norway, Sweden, or Denmark). Unfortunately, in the Czech Republic, there is no conceptual approach to physical education in schools as a fundamental element of developing children\u2019s physical and sports activities, including helping to choose the right sport for each child. This role is filled only by sports clubs, which, however, reach just a fraction of children. That is why we also focus on this level of children\u2019s and youth sports.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
